When logging into STO Chat (accessed when you click 'Ask me a question' on one of our alumni) you should see a login page with the Sutton Trust logo (see image below). You will be able to use your STO credentials to access the Chat account, as there is an integration between the two platforms.
If you change your STO password you may need to ensure that the Chat login is auto filling with the new password.
Occasionally, users will get an incorrect login page, which looks like the below. If using this login, please select 'Continue with university account'. Using the other login options will result in an error.

- If you are still getting an error, please contact us and include
- What device and operating system you are using
- What browser you are using
- What your STO email address is
- A screenshot of the error
We will then pass this onto our technical partners, and look into this error further.
