When you are added to STO, you will receive an email with temporary login details, to allow you to activate your account. The email with have the subject line 'Activate your Sutton Trust Online account!'.

When copying and pasting the password, please ensure that you have not accidentally copied any additional spaces or characters as this is usually the issue if the password is not working. This is the most common issue users have when logging in.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam mail, as it can end up there. If you are using a school email address and you still do not receive the email, it may be that you need to use a non-school address, as school spam filters can sometimes block our emails.
