Users activating their account

Before you are able to log in for the first time, please ensure that you have activated your account. You can do this by finding the email 'Activate your Sutton Trust Online account' and use the temporary password to log in.

If you are finding that the temporary password doesn't work, please make sure you are copying and pasting it carefully. With unactivated users this is the reason for an 'incorrect password' error 100% of the time, so please check this before getting in touch. You may find it easier to do this on a PC rather than mobile device, although it will work on either.

Activated users

If your account is activated, and the password you set is not working, please use the 'Reset password' function to set a new password, making sure to check your spam mail for the email you are sent.
